In general with care and treatment to my child has always been 100% for me, however today’s visit the office was extremely packed with a lot of noise and yes, people and children can create lots of noise, but I could barely hear anyone’s children’s name is being called. There were a few medical staff that had to come out into the waiting area to make sure that parents and children were still there for their appointments. It was ridiculously packed. I’m usually out of there within a half an hour 45 minutes and my daughter came out about an hour and 10 minutes later. It was it was very busy, very noisy and congested in the waiting area.

I had a very disappointing experience just trying to reach this office by phone. I was placed on hold twice for approximately 12 minutes each time, only to be sent to voicemail after waiting. When I called back, the receptionist told me they had “a line out the door” and then rudely placed me back on hold without offering any apology or alternative. I understand that dental offices can get busy, but courtesy and communication still matter. If this is the level of customer service over the phone, I can only imagine what the in-person experience is like. First impressions are important, and unfortunately, this office made a very poor one.

I have been coming here for my daughter for about 5 years and every time I come here I remember why I don’t like it here. I assume I come here for convenience but I will no longer bring my daughter. The place always has certain parents smelling like skunk if you know what I mean it’s a very poor environment for the kids. The front desk reps don’t make it any better they have a weird fake energy about them and I don’t appreciate it considering the fact that my child has to go back there and be treated without her guardian. I get that it’s a space issue but it’s just not professional for an underage kid environment especially because I always have to ask her if everything was ok and if she was treated with care. Shes is 8!!! Luckily the hygienist communicate with you after but I wouldn’t expect less from college professionals. I’m over this place it looks dirty in here too, floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months also no running air conditioners in the waiting area mid July just 2 small fans. I scheduled at a new location.

The Northeast office is very popular and always busy. That being said, everyone does a wonderful job keeping everything moving efficiently. The front desk team is friendly, patient, and helpful. The doctors and hygienists are knowledgeable and great with the kids. I appreciate how there are always appointments available. Also, I feel like everyone’s time is being valued and the services are top tier. Thank you for doing an excellent job!

⭐️ 1 Star – Very Unprofessional Experience This was my first and definitely my last visit to this office. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Because it was my first time there for an orthodontist appointment, I accidentally went to the wrong front desk. Instead of helping me, the staff member spoke to me with unnecessary attitude and aggression simply because she could not find my children’s names on the schedule. Later I realized the appointment was actually listed at a different desk. When I politely asked another staff member to correct my daughter’s name (which is spelled with “PH,” not “F”) and to fix my children’s last name, she argued with me and said it didn’t matter. That response was very disrespectful and unprofessional. To make things worse, at the end of the appointment no one came to speak with me to explain what was done or what treatment my children might need. I had to go and ask to speak with someone myself. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.
